Not too long ago I walked into our local Pottery Barn just browsing around wishing I could purchase some of their things. I go over to the window treatment panels hanging in the corner, (you know just to see what's new.) I'm flipping through the long panels looking at the patterns and I do a double take.
What? Do my eyes deceive me? Wait a minute these are my panels. Wait, how did they??
I couldn't believe that they now have panels that are the same fabric as my Dining Area panels. Although mine are long non-functioning panels with tabs around the finials at the tops, but non-the-less, these are my panels!!!

So long story short, I wasn't sure if I was upset that someone may now think my panels came from Pottery barn, or that they would think that I got the idea from Pottery Barn. But you see my panels have been hanging in my home for 2 years now. So after I realized that I was ahead of their little design trend, I thought...
hmmm...maybe I'm up on this design stuff after all.
So moral to the story. If you're ever in my home and you glance at the Dining Area window panels:
* No they didn't come from Pottery Barn
* And Yes, my dear friend,
Tonya from Keeping Up With The Jonesworked very hard making them.
* So all those trips to
Forsyth Fabrics and
Lewis & Sherron in
Atlanta were totally worth it.
